Nova Analytics was born out of a simple observation: data without clarity is just noise.

After nearly 20 years in aviation, I've spent a large portion of my career working with complex, fast-moving operational data - fleet performance, logistics, metrics flowing in daily from multiple sources.

I've seen firsthand how the implementation of operational dashboards modernises workflows and creates an immediate impact. Information that lives across countless spreadsheets and trackers becomes unified, visible, and actionable.

I grew up in Lake Macquarie. Every day I see the tradies, the service providers, the café owners and boutique stores that make this community what it is - and I also see  them close their doors before they've had a real chance. Often not because the business was broken, but because the owner didn't have the visibility to see what was working, what wasn't, and why.
